Key Worker System

Every child has a dedicated practitioner

Each child is assigned a dedicated key worker who is responsible for monitoring their developmental progress across all areas of the EYFS framework. Your child's key worker builds a close relationship with both your child and your family, working in partnership with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes. This approach ensures continuity of care and means there is always someone who knows your child inside and out.

Our framework

Early Years Foundation Stage

Supporting learning and development from the very start

The EYFS framework supports all children's learning and development, giving every child the best possible start in life. At Bunnies on the Green, we deliver the EYFS curriculum through our Early Years approach, drawing on Montessori influences, covering seven areas of learning and development. Our goal is to ensure every child is happy, confident, and well-prepared for the next stage of their education.

Staff-to-Child Ratios

We maintain strong staff-to-child ratios that exceed minimum requirements, ensuring every child receives quality time and individual attention from our qualified practitioners. With a maximum of 26 children, our ratios allow for meaningful interactions and responsive care throughout the day.
